For instance, men are perceived to be the only educated people resulting in their preference in job opportunities in both big businesses and government positions. However, currently, the male dominance is declining resulting in a feminine era where women are demanding their rights in the society. Men and females have equal rights despite the differences in sex. Additionally, women have power, determination, resilience and ability to perform various tasks as men can perform. They are well educated, and therefore they deserve comparable treatments regarding job selection at the workplace. Therefore, I think women should be granted the same rights, privileges, and opportunities similar to what men have since they have similar economic, political and social s tatus as men.For instance, women have proved to perform tasks that had never been done before. For example, during the First World War, males in Europe went to take part in fighting leaving their wives back at home. The women were responsible for making weapons which were used in the war which proves that they can perform jobs that none has done before. Also, there are exceptional women figures in history that clearly depict that women are capable of doing what men can do. They are energetic and intelligent people in the society. For example, Hilary Clinton, an American lady who aspired for the presidential seat during the 2016 elections, portrayed a clear image that women have the same right and opportunity in the political field as men have. Additionally, Alexandra Patricia Morgan, a female dominant in United States soccer team shows that women have similar rights in sports.Similarly, both men and women are God creatures, created for companionship. Therefore, God created them equa lly without biasedness based on their sexes. Therefore, none of them should be underprivileged under any circumstance. They should be treated with equality just as the Father in Heaven treats them. Also, according to international bodies such as the International Labor Organization (ILO), men and women should be treated equally at workplaces despite their gender. The organizations central objective is to ensure gender equality in workplaces all over the world which clears justifies that women should be given same opportunities and rights as men.
